My belief is that the therapeutic journey occurs in conversation between a person who is seeking support and a trained and experienced counsellor. The modalities that I bring to our therapeutic conversation include an active listening style, a non judgemental and supportive approach.

I believe that clients can experience a greater sense of wellness, strength and resilience through the therapeutic journey.
